The United Way Center for Excellence in Early Education, Early Childhood Program Administrator’s Institute (ECPAI) helps elevate the quality of early care and education in our community by providing early childhood administrators with year-long courses and exciting learning opportunities. This coming May, 12 ECPAI participants will attend the McCormick Center for Early Childhood Leadership National Conference, Leadership Connections in Chicago, I.L., to hear inspiring keynote speakers, take part in a public policy forum, attend skill-building sessions and network with other leaders in the field of early childhood education.

This national conference brings together early childhood administrators, family child care providers, researchers and policymakers from across the nation.  ECPAI is possible through funding from The Children’s Trust, which is a dedicated source of revenue established by voter referendum to improve the lives of children and families in Miami-Dade County.
