Through grants and partnerships with local and national funders, the Center offers a variety of professional learning opportunities at no cost to participants.
The United Way Center for Excellence in Early Education has been a hub for professional learning since it opens its doors in 2007. Since then, the Center has provided 20,476 hours of professional learning to more than 30,000 early care and education professionals in Miami-Dade County.Learn more
United Way’s Early Head Start-Child Care Partnership works with early care and education centers and family child care homes across Miami-Dade to elevate the quality of their infant and toddler programs and provide for successful transitions through kindergarten. In 2015, United Way received a 5-year federal grant for this program.Learn more
